As reported earlier in the week, I took a family trip to a National Trust property called Dunham Massey. An absolute must if you love grand country houses and stunning grounds. Of which were the main attraction for me. I fell in love with the place!!!
I will be taking the big camera back and hunting around the 700 acres for even more bonsai inspiration.
We had beautiful weather, although not so great for photograph with my phone. The sunshine hung low in the sky and impaired some of my shots. Plaques lay in the grass telling us ages of some of the Great Oaks planted and, well the photographs speak for themselves!!!
Enjoy…
This stunning Oak greets you as you arrive to the entrance. Beautiful, really ok tree. The deadwood is just exquisite!!!
Once again, having scrolled through these… Photographs don’t do the place justice 🙂
